Jack was a knowledgeable and efficient technician. We had been having issues with our refrigerator and my wife was getting flustered with my attempts to troubleshoot. He came quick and resolved the issue while I watched a few YouTube reels.

In my role as a realtor at 600 North Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, the owners with tenants often require assistance with a variety of property management activities, so I need a roster of trusted service providers who I can consistently rely on to do timely work providing the highest quality service. Juan is at the top of that list. Juan is super easy to work with, always on time, and very courteous. He diagnoses and fixes problems with a quick yet thorough and professional approach. He is able to service any appliance and brand including, but not limited to, Bosch, Wolf, Sub-Zero, Decor, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Samsung, GE, Frigidaire... just to name a few. When parts are required, Juan obtains them quickly and cost effectively. As part of Appliance Experts service offerings, Juan is also able to accommodate next day appointments. In my role as an agent, I need to feel comfortable that the person I call is honest, capable, and trustworthy. That is exactly what Juan delivers! Overall, Juan is very courteous, responsive, highly skilled, and extremely reliable. I never hesitate to recommend Juan to anyone!

Juan was amazing at repairing my Samsung oven and I definitely recommend him and A appliance xperts , explained everything and even took the time to call Samsung which I didn’t know was a recall for the specific part. I had Juan install it after I received it and it s working perfectly. I will soon call to have my ice maker checked on my Samsung fridge

We could not be happier with our service. After calling around to about four different appliance repair shops, and getting no response, we gave them a call. We spoke to someone on Wednesday and by Friday we had someone at our house looking at our oven. He was professional, courteous and neat, and had it fixed within an hour. Could not recommend them more!

Juan was excellent! He fixed my dryer very promptly and was very professional. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and experienced with the appliance. On time for both services and very respectful as I was working from home. Would definitely hire again!

Juan was timely, courteous and professional. He cleaned up the area behind the stove where he found some old mouse droppings and ensured I was aware of any areas that could be causing issues. Best of all, my oven is back to working perfectly.

Juan did a great job in accurately diagnosing and fixing my oven. He did the job quickly and at a fair price. Scheduling was easy. I'll be sure to use them again in the future if needed.

Our fridge broke down and our freezer stopped keeping the cool in particular. All of our food thawed out which included lot of meat. We were glad Juan came out to check out the fridge and his professionalism and knowledge was spectacular! He was able to diagnose the problem right away as a problem with the compressor. He was able to explain that the design of the French door with this model was causing it to break down as it was having to control 3 different aspects of the fridge, freezer , and ice maker in the fridge section. He was able to stay with us as we called LG to explain the fault in the engineering causing the fridge to fail and the compressor was under the warranty even though they didn't want to agree at first. Juan gave us his best opinion and was genuinely looking for the best solution for us. Would highly recommend!!

We have used this business a few times, and most recently had Juan come and repair our Gas Dryer. He was extremely professional, prompt, and helpful. The repairs were done on time and for less than originally expected, and Juan took the time to look over some of our other appliances and give us some tips to keep them running optimally. I would definitely recommend this business, and will call them again!

Juan from Appliance Xperts is the best appliance repair technician I've ever worked with! He's always prompt, professional, and courteous. He's also extremely knowledgeable and skilled at troubleshooting and repairing all types of appliances.
Recently, my washer broke down. Juan came out to diagnose the problem. He didn't just replace the first part that seemed broken. He used time to diagnose the problem and identify the root cause methodically. This gave me confidence that the repair would be lasting. Juan then quickly identified the issue and explained it to me clearly and concisely. Once I agreed to the repair, Juan got to work right away. He was able to fix my washer quickly and efficiently. He even went above and beyond by testing the washer multiple times to make sure it was working correctly before he left.
I'm so grateful for Juan's expertise and professionalism. He's a lifesaver! I highly recommend Juan and Appliance Xperts to anyone who needs appliance repair services. I was particularly impressed with Juan's attention to detail and commitment to troubleshooting all aspects of the appliance before repairing it.

Shout out to Dino for the job at my dad's house. He fixed the Maytag washer that's almost 50 years old by replacing broken valve and valve hose. The dryer electrical cord was fixed and extension cord added.

He also replaced the dryer vent that extended 10 feet in garage. Old one was 50% blocked.
