This company, A-Appliance Experts Inc, is unreliable and unprofessional. The technician came on Thursday - 12/29/22 - afternoon - around 4:30pm - to do a diagnostic of our refrigerator. He informed my husband that we would need to defrost the fridge for 24 hours, took payment for his visit and proceeded to tell us they, the company, would call us when they got the parts to schedule an appointment for Saturday (12/31/22). My husband then calls the company at 7pm on Friday - 12/30/22 - during their business hours. Instead of scheduling an appointment during that call, they, the company, informed him to call and schedule on Saturday for a Saturday appointment. My husband called back today - 12/31/22 - around 12:30pm and they informed him the earliest they could have someone come to repair it is Monday due to the holidays!! Instead of trying to find a solution or having any accountability, the company places blame on my husband for calling so late! Now, the ice packs and ice in our cooler have melted and I have to throw away my groceries due to massive inconvenience! I keep all of my grocery receipts and it's perfectly legal to take businesses to small claims court in the state of Illinois!!

Called them and gave them a model and make number before hand. They sent someone out who looked at the make and model number on the refrigerator and then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do because it was a faulty designed refrigerator and I should call LG and complain to them. To what end it wasn’t clear from the repair man. For this, they charged me $140. They could have told me there was nothing they could do when I first called them for the appointment and had already given them the model and make. To my mind this seems like a dishonest business practice. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
