We needed the rubber boot seal on our washing machine replaced. Flex Repairs was able to come the next day and the price was very reasonable! Aktan from Flex came and professionally did the repair. He not only kept the area clean and organized , he gave us tips on how to maintain the washer better and cleaned all areas on the machine that mold had accumulated. He was very good and professional, a pleasure to have on the job. Very highly recommend Flex Repairs and Aktan!

Aktan is the expert technician sent to repair my Thermador Professional oven. He did an expert job in diagnosing the issue (it is not a simple ignitor issue; it is the relay module). He ordered the parts and replaced the parts. He is punctual, keeping cleans clean, nice to communicate with (fun and humorous), and he definitely “know what he is doing”. I would have given him six stars if there is such thing. :)
