Ace Masonry was super prompt both with the initial estimate and the job itself (they initially said our project would take 2-3 days and were done in one full day!) They found unforeseen issue and dealt with them handily. Other professionals had tried to upsell us significantly during the quote process and Ace did not. We have additional masonry/waterproofing work ahead and plan to hire them again!

Victor is absolutely the best. He came out to inspect the exterior of my building after a buyers inspector claimed the building needed to be resealed. He told me exactly what he thought needed to be done and was completely professional and just a genuine good person. He was recommended to me by word of mouth of a friend and was completely true to his word. My building does not need to be sealed, but if I have problems I have his number saved and ready to go. Hire him for your next job, you won’t regret it.

I had leak on my first floor. Ace Masonry fixed my problem. They changed my lintel and tuck-pointed the damaged are. I really happy this their work.

I have a landmark home in Logan square. The front is built with stone and limestone. Victor and his team did an excellent job sandblasting and washing my front. I'm so happy with the job that they did.

Great experience and great work done by Ace. I had them do tuck-pointing repairs on my old building in Chicago. Their work blends perfectly with my original tuck-pointing. They were very nice, punctual, and answered all of my questions.

Very professional! I'm so happy with the results of the tuck pointing and chemical power washing. They were on time every day and answer any questions I had. I had some yard furniture in the way of their work and they were kind of enough to move it and put it back everyday. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a great job done.

Communication with Viktor is great. He always responds in a timely manner. The guys have done a fantastic job rebuilding the corner of my brick house, also adding flashing to avoid future water damages. Clean, professional, and at a good price. Will use Ace Masonry for my future needs. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Ace Masonry & Tuckpointing. Viktor is a professional in the work he does. Viktor did a fantastic job replacing bricks and tuckpointing on my brick wall. Viktor and his helper made sure everything was clean when they left and no debris was left behind. My neighbors were very impressed about the work Viktor accomplished and will call him to do some work for them.

4 Stars is a temporary rating when I review work that requires time to completely judge. I will update this review in the Spring hopefully to 5 Stars. The Ace masons were efficient and did the tuck pointing job far more completely than what was expected. Their estimate lacked a bit of detail so I communicated with photos and Viktor was quick to assure that all of my indicated problems would be included. And he and his team still did more than what I photographed! The visual effect of the work is completely in line with the existing mortar. The timing was late in the season and they made it out with a good week of warmer temperatures still in the forecast giving us a sense of security in our weatherized exterior for the coming Winter. Thank you to Ace and I will be back to update this review after the temps get back to mild to validate that the structural components held out.

Everything was outstanding. They’re connecting with us to make an appointment was great. Their work was meticulous. Their cleanup was meticulous as well. And they did beautiful Tuckpointing along with caulking on the sidewalk and wall of our bungalow for further waterproofing. Everything was explained along the way their proposal was reasonable and well worth it for the work they did. Viktor and Viktor were a delight to work with. You won’t be sorry to have them do what you need.

We were pleased with the work in beginning once they finished. But the concrete isn't even a year old and it's cracking in multiple areas. Reached out numerous times about these concerns but no response from them. Very disappointing.
