Constraction reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Ivan did some painting in both of my bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms he installed a vanity, mirror and light fixture above. 2 nd bathroom he also installed a ventilation fan with a light. GREAT JOB. Looks great. Ivan also went into my crawl space and replaced a couple of leveling jacks that support the home. Very satisfied with his work and highly recommend. I will be using him again in the near future to paint replace doors.

Great company to have work done. Ivan was fair with pricing and did what was wanted. Jose and crew were awesome. No mess and super nice guys. Finally have the bathroom we wanted. Thank you so much.

I found Marquez painting just by googling painters near me and they were definitely the correct choice :) the inside of my parents house hasn’t been painted in over 30 years! Jose and Gilbert did a very great job, they even patched holes and fixed drywall . I will be using them for future projects. Thanks again guys :)

Marquez did an exceptional job of remodeling my bathroom and I am thrilled with its new appearance. His team was very cooperative and friendly, and they were able to complete the project on time.

Thank you Ivan Marquez

Thank you for everything Danny!

Very nice and clean business, And they are very helpful. Plus they work with you to make it affordable!

They made the appointment (so I sent them all the drawings and notes/ scope for the meeting) but they did not show up and then canceled after I waited an hour. Lack of respect and courtesy of your time. Bad business... carries over into all they do.

workers great but watch them people that work in office tried get extra money from me say saying my loan was not 100% approved I called I called the bank they said not true cool construction tried get me to pay the difference of the loan once they knew I was on them the lady in office said I don't owe them anymore money

I had my roof done by cool construction. They were fast and efficient. Overall, had a good experience. Will use them again

They called but did not listen to what my needs were. . All the salesman wanted to do was get me to buy a new roof; he kept at it expecting to change my mind. Set appointment for
someone to come to my house the next day. No one showed up. AVOID this company! They are not interested In helping the consumer solve their issues. Very unprofessional!!!

I was having a lot of issues with my bathroom in my home and it was very frustrating, but once I called in a spoke to Mr Westbrook he assured me that Cool Construction & Remodeling was the company to use. He assured me the best quote and was very professional once I asked a lot of questions. Thank you so much my bathroom was beautiful.I would highly recommend.

Cool construction installed new windows at my home. The new windows look AMAZING, the work was finished on schedule, and the cost was the same as what I was told it would be before they started the job. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We needed to have repairs done to our house due to strom damage. We call Cool Construction to come repair the sliding and gutter. They said it would take about 2 days to finish the job. Well they finished in 2 days and everything was done looks great. The workers were professional and cleaned up after completing the work.

Cool Construction did a great job! They did a complete bathroom and kitchen renovation for us. We have an older home that needed special attention in a lot of areas from plumbing to electrical wiring. They were able to do all that we asked to our satisfaction, and we are very pleased. Looking forward to working with them on our next project.

Amazing staff! We have nothing but great things to say about Cool Construction. They did a top notch kitchen renovation and new construction (back patio) on our home. We love it and are very pleased with the results! We will definitely call them again for our next project! Thank you, Mr.Danny.

Amazing job was done. They stated they would have it done in nine days and it was completed in that time span. I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

I had such a great experience. Hard workers, all done in a timely manner, and it was done the right way the first time. Highly recommend! Will use them again and refer them often. Here are some before and after pictures.

Cool Construction did an excellent job on our roof replacement. They were extremely helpful and highly professional. I recommend this company and will definitely use them again for all of my construction projects.

Needed a reno on my kitchen. Great experience from start to finish. Mr. Premo was very professional and throurogh. I had a timeline for this project to be completed, and they had it done a couple days earlier than expected. Very happy with the work and company overall. Definitely will be going back when I decide to do some more work.

Cool construction did an amazing job with the complete remodel of my condo. Completely remodeled the kitchen and two bathrooms and made it into something you would find in home design magazines! Some before and after pictures are attached. Definitely would recommend them if you are looking for any type of construction/remodeling of your home! You won’t regret it!
