Erik from Granite Heroes was an absolute magician! I had used a very strong grout cleaner that left what seemed like impossible etching on every seam between our marble tiles in our bathroom. Erik was somehow able to make it look better than it did when it was first installed! He was so wonderful to work with, very communicative, and truly went above and beyond. So I had mold in my basement. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took everything that was contaminated out and replaced it. Very reliable and amazing customer service !

Seems that this company has no licenses to do the work that they offer. I hired them but then i researched them and found out they do not have the valid permits to do the job. Make sure before you hire them that you inquire about the proper and legal requirements for them to perform the services they offer, because you will find out that they do not have them and if they perform services on your home and mess it up you will be very sorry you didn't research them before you hired them.
