I can't say enough about this company! I have hired them previously and they were very swift, so knowledgeable, and their quotes were very fair. I would have them back in a heartbeat, and will refer most of my friends and neighbors to them. They are truly the very best!

Unfortunately I did not get the same 5-star experience as others did.

Electrician first had to reschedule at the last minute due to a fire emergency which I can understand. However, I had to take off work a second time for him to come in, which he never showed up for. I called him several times and then called the company’s main number in the afternoon (appointment was first thing in the morning). I told them it was unprofessional for the electrician to not even provide updates or let me know he wasn’t going to make it (again). The person’s response was literally “well we cannot account for the electrician’s professionalism” which is probably the worst excuse you can tell a customer. I asked to speak to the manager, which they told me would call me back shortly. I did not receive a phone call.

I never do reviews, but this was a terrible experience.

Excellent family owned company who cares about every job they do, to make sure it's done in a timely manner, professionally and safely. My family and friends have used them on several occasions without any problems and consistently they do good work. Would definitely hire them again.
