Sims & Sons Electric and Plumbing

Sims and sons and their team is a fully comprehensive electrical full service company who came to my home with a plethora of different issues. They quoted us immediately completed work in a super professional manner. The Darrell Sims managed and handled the project. we got an EV charger installed, a quarter section of our house rewired ,would recommend to all ! do yourself a favor and call this electrical company !

Highly recommend Darrell and Sims & Sons. They provide high quality electrical work at a fair price and you can feel confident that they are not overselling you on what needs to be done. They are very responsive and professional, arriving on time and being respectful of your home.

Darrell came out to assess an electrical problem in my bathroom and diagnosed the problem right away, fixing it 30 mins later during the same visit, on the same day. Other electricians who I had contacted had advised that more work was needed on a separate appointment and at a higher cost.

Needless to say, I will be recommending Sims & Sons to neighbors, friends and family in their service area.

Rip off

We had to replace a (single) switch. Service call fee was $200 plus $40 for installation of a switch I provided. So, total of $240 for a 5 minutes and came after 2 days waiting.
About the invoice, I didn't get a physical invoice, just a pic of the invoice sent later to my cell and they don't take credit cards, only cash or check.
Why did I do that? Because I have no choice, we are closing in just a few days and I had to get the switch replaced, would never have used such an expensive service for a simple switch I bought at Home Depot myself.
