I’ve waited a couple years to write this review hoping the issue(s) would be resolved. They haven’t. My advice, don’t buy a vinyl fence, especially with a large gate, from this company. We’ve had to replace the latch multiple times. We’ve also had to repair sections that repeatedly come apart. Over and over. It’s a horrible product and bad customer service. I’ll never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone. Ever.

The service was amazing. Everything was so easy and quick. The entire team from the initial estimate, office, and work crew were all professional, kind, helpful and overall great. I would highly recommend Bespoke!

I had multiple quotes from various fencing businesses but Bespoken was able to provide a reasonable price and quick service. At first, I was told by the installers that it would take 2 days to complete the 50ft fencing and 3 gate doors but they were able get it done in a single day. After the install, I noticed one issue with my request, The manager came out to investigate and took care of the issue the same day. Will use again!

I am so happy with our new fence! Everyone at Bespoke was so pleasant to work with from start to finish. The fence was done quickly, but the guys made sure it was perfect for us. We are looking forward to the safety this fence will offer for our dog and toddler. They offered a great financing option.

Recently I decided I needed new fencing on the south side of my backyard. I had three different fence companies out to my property to give me estimates. I was not satisfied with any of their quotes. I then remembered my neighbors at the end of my block had installed a really nice fence a couple of years ago. I went over and took a closer look. I saw on the fence a placard identifying Bespoke Fence Company as the installer. I gave them a call. That same morning the owner Dan Pappas came by to give me an estimate. Dan is professional and experienced contractor and it didn't take long for us to agree on a price. His quote was far below what was offered by the previous companies.
The Bespoke installation crew arrived promptly on the agreed upon time and date 10 March 2025. Bespoke sent a three man crew led by Foreman Luis. This crew started working immediately and worked non stop all day efficiently erecting 60 ft. of privacy fence. These guys didn't take a break all day. The crew was friendly, informative and polite. The finished product is far better than I imagined. My new fence is sturdy, solid and aesthetically attractive to look at. Bespoke adorned the fence with an attractive natural looking stain finish. I am especially pleased with my decision to partner with Bespoke Fence company for this project.

I can’t say enough about the whole team at Bespoke. They contacted me frequently throughout the 10 day (!) project from first call to completion. The fence looks beautiful, and has completely transformed my yard. I highly recommend Bespoke for anyone looking for a great job, reasonably priced!

The team from Bespoke Fencing arrive at the expected time, they worked continuously for 8 hours. The were polite and very efficient, showed they knew what they were doing. As a result, I got the most beautiful fence (had a chain link). My yard looks bigger and. more beautiful. The team cleaned up and left everything in order. I couldn't be happier!

This company is outstanding! Great communication, care taken with proper installation and tons of design options. They're not the cheapest but I 100% got what I paid for which is a long lasting, zero maintenance, visually appealing and thoughtfully functioning gate solution finishing off my property after putting up a new garage. I changed my mind on a detail late in the process and asked if they can modify an aspect. They said yes and issued me a fair change order price on the spot. I like when contractors say yes and when they care about the use case of their product and its application to my project.

From start to finish, our experience with Bespoke was fantastic. Pam and Dan specifically made the process such a breeze. They were incredibly professional and answered ALL of our questions promptly and clearly. Not to mention they are just all around friendly people and an absolute pleasure to work with. The job itself was completed MUCH faster than we expected and the team who installed worked tirelessly for two days straight. We could not be happier with the end result. In August we had a fence installed by Bespoke Fence for our condominium building and we are absolutely happy with the finished product. First let me state that this is a project that was started last year but had to be put on hold due to legal issues. Once we were able to solve those issues, I reached out to Edwin (sales) this year, who reset the perimeters to the required layout for the project. Pam & Siana (office) lined up the dates and the fence project was set to be up and running as soon as the parts were produced. This is where I really have to praise their work crews, Marcos (Superintendent) show up with Enrique (Foreman) and his six man crew and begin to break up 6 - 3' x 4' x 5" thick concrete slabs which took quite some effort. Once the slabs were eliminated they began to dig the holes for a 275 ' long x 6' high fence composite fence working in plus 90° heat. The holes were completed on the 1st day. Day 2 the foreman & crew showed up and started to places post in the holes which were set on top of 6" gravel base and filled with concrete while gauging the correct heights. It has to be mentioned that the crew worked in pouring rain all day without missing a beat, then the posts were allowed to set overnight. On Day 3 the crew showed up with the required composite boards and begin to cut and place boards onto position. After board placement the work area was clean up and power washed leaving a beautiful 275' fence. The only remaining part of the project was the placement of the two required gates which Marcos installed 4 days later, after they were manufactured. I would highly recommend Bespoke to anyone who wants a fence that they will truly enjoy. Excellent job guys!!!

Incredibly happy with the outcome of my new fence thanks to Dan, Pam, and the install crew. They were very accessible for questions and guidance throughout the process, even following up at completion to make sure my goals were met and everything was perfect. Overall, the Bespoke team was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend!

We’re very happy with our fence. The entire process was fast and streamlined—from the owner coming out to walk us through options and pricing, to providing a same-day quote. Installation was scheduled for the following week, and the crew worked efficiently despite cold, snowy conditions. They also accommodated a last-minute change order without issue. Overall, we’re very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I had the best experience with Bespoke Fence. We didn’t know what we wanted initially, but the team ensured we were satisfied with all of our options. The crew was professional during the install, and we couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience!

Let me begin by saying I very rarely 5 Star on any review however Dan and his team made it easy for me to make a decision on our Cedar Fence Install from beginning to finish. Recommendations from him on the fence, fair market price, professional install including clean-up. Payment process was also very easy to work with including follow-up with his administration team on the ongoing project. We are excited to experience final installation on our new driveway gate we have scheduled accordingly as well. Details count!

Dan and his crew were very professional and helped design and build a gorgeous fence. Not joking, it's beautiful. I was very particular about the look and color I wanted and Dan took the time to share different styles and multiple color options, bringing various samples when I couldn't decide. They were able to restore our existing gate to its original glory that's probably 50 years old. They were also very accommodating to our timeline and coordinating with our separate tree removal project that we had to complete prior to the build. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Local company, that does excellent work. I am quite happy with my new fence. Any questions or concerns I had about the process, Dan, the owner was quick to respond and address them. My only critique is that there be better communication between the client and company when it comes to actual scheduling, specifically the installation date, but I have nothing but praise on the actual work that was done and the quality of the fence.

Employees of Bespoke were all very helpful and friendly. The process was straight forward and the communication was pretty good as well. The installation looks clean and done in a very timely matter. We really like the way it looks and getting plenty of compliments from neighbors. I would recommend them.

I am very happy with my new fence, and overall experience with Bespoke Fence. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from the owner to the receptionists to the guys who built the actual fence. The owner, Dan, was very prompt and patient with me. He answered my endless questions (as I know nothing about fences), and he gave excellent recommendations in terms of the design and functionality. My dog is also extremely pleased with the new fence, as he can now safely play fetch and run around in the yard. When I need a new fence in 15 to 20 years, I will definitely call Bespoke. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job, the fence is beautiful, very neat and very nice crew. They are very busy so be patient but worth the wait. Had them back a second time when we had a fire in the back of the yard, replacement was great and done very quickly. I did not have to wait for the repair, which I really appreciated. There was a little problem but they fixed it immediately, and I couldn’t be happier.

Raul, Israel and Emmanuel were great from beginning to end. Their communication was consistent with the cedar fence I replaced in my backyard. There was an issue with the lock and they came right away to fix it. I highly recommend using them. There are too many contractors out there that you can't rely on. Flores Fence is not one of them. They are the best company for gates and fences.
