We are very happy with the work Jonathan did in our bathroom. He was on time, professional and courteous. Our shower looks beautiful. We will be calling Sir Grout for all our hard surface cleaning needs.

Andrew from Sir Grout just completed another outstanding job at our home today. The workmanship and care that their technicians bring to the job is always the best. And, their ability to do such intricate work and keep the area surrounding perfectly clean is amazing. They have been to our home for three projects and each one is always done to perfection. Ann Pozdol in the office there is always helpful and exact in all the information she provides during the estimating and scheduling process. We would recommend Sir Grout 100%.

Liked the use of face time to show problems with my caulk - and shower sweep too. The whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish, The person that came in to do the job Felix did a great job and he was very nice. Not only did we have him Redo the cock around the tub and replace the shower sweep, We also had him clean up and reseal the marble Tile in as well throughout the whole shower area. Everything looks great and I’m sure it’ll will last for quite a while. My Bldg. engineer recommended Sir grout to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone else

We needed some serious cleaning and grout repair for our stone tile bathroom. Ann was extremely helpful in explaining the process used and provide an estimate. Jonathan Cartagena did the work. He was timely, respectful, and kind. His work was meticulous. He did an excellent job on our shower. It looks almost new! He also cleaned up after the work was done. I'm very pleased with Jonathan's workmanship ans highly recommend him.

I needed a guest bathroom bathtub tile refreshed. There was mold starting to form on certain seams and the grout near the shower head was much darker than near the back of the tub. I wasn't sure it could be restored and was contemplating tearing out the old tile and putting in new. Sir Grout completely restored the tile grout and seals to their original look. This tub must be 50 years old and it looks like new. Highly recommend!

I contacted Sir Grout for a virtual estimate. It was quick and easy and within minutes my sales rep Ann had a quote to me after answering all my questions. I quickly accepted and the office was able to schedule me for service a few days later.

Felix, Andrew and Jose showed up on time and went right to work. They walked me through what work was going to be done and finished it ahead of schedule!

In about 4 hours, they had taken care of a shower, a bathtub, two bathroom floors and a slate hallway and entryway. Everything came out spectacular.

Shower grout yellowed naturally over the years and Sir Grout made the shower look great.

Man was I impressed, our shower is now clean as a whistle and all the grout lines are perfect and uniform. No more mildew stains and all the grout lines match! Thanks to our Technician Jose, showed up right at 8 AM and got to work, he was great respectful and neat, he got the job done at noon.

Sir Grout was great to work with! I purchased a home that had some damage in the master bath last year - grout was missing, flaking off, didn't match the marble around it. Sealant was failing and the marble had some cracks.

Tim came out last year to work on the issue and did an excellent job. He regrouted, color sealed, buffed the marble, and filled the cracks. Things were sparkling in that bathroom.

10 months later, some of the caulk that was done started to fail. Tim came back out, free of charge through their warranty program, and fixed it for me within a week of calling in. It was totally hassle-free and turned something I thought was going to be difficult into a breeze.

10/10 customer service. It was a pleasure working with them! Thanks Tim!!
