Andrew from Sir Grout just completed another outstanding job at our home today. The workmanship and care that their technicians bring to the job is always the best. And, their ability to do such intricate work and keep the area surrounding perfectly clean is amazing. They have been to our home for three projects and each one is always done to perfection. Ann Pozdol in the office there is always helpful and exact in all the information she provides during the estimating and scheduling process. We would recommend Sir Grout 100%.

Sir Grout did not complete our project to our satisfaction. While the crew did a nice job with the cleaning, sealing, and caulking of our granite counters, as well as the grout on our kitchen, bathroom, and shower floors, the work on the bathroom vanity was incomplete. They removed some blemishes, but not all of them, and I do not believe a seal or finish was ever applied to the surface.
Our dissatisfaction was compounded when we discovered that the crew had tripped a circuit breaker in the bathroom and failed to inform us. This suggests they stopped working when their outlet lost power, leaving the job unfinished. I contacted the project manager twice regarding this matter; the first time, he requested pictures, and the second time, he ignored my message completely.
Given the incomplete work and lack of communication, I would not use Sir Grout in the future.
