However, when Lee arrived, he told me that a basic cleaning would cost $199, but "deep cleaning" was $470. The deep cleaning only involved removing lint from the entire vent, taking about 15 minutes. He then claimed the vent needed replacing and charged for it, but said he couldn't finish the job on the same day and left without completing the work. Despite leaving behind the part, I've never heard from him again. I feel deceived and ripped off, warning others to steer clear of this company.
