I recently had the pleasure of coming across LuxeClean and hiring them to clean my house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their job. From the moment they arrived, their team was exceptionally respectful, organized, and diligent.

Their professionalism truly stood out as they meticulously cleaned my home. They were thorough and efficient, leaving my house spotless. I’m really impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring everything was done to the highest standard.

The team was also very nice and considerate, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.

We recently switched cleaning companies for our west loop apartment due to inconsistency in communication and other issues. I must admit at first I was skeptical to work with Luxe but since my friend had recommended them I decided to give them a shot. We have worked with Luxe for the last few cleanings now and everything from communication, scheduling, cleaning results, and even a la carte cleaning requests has been fantastic. I highly recommend working with this company if you’re in the Chicago area. You will not be disappointed.

I paid extra for a deep clean, but the service felt more like a basic cleaning. Some areas were cleaned well, but there was still a lot of cat fur left on my couch. The cleaning was okay overall, but I expected more attention to detail for a deep clean and did not feel that it was worth the added cost.

I recently bought their deep clean service before having family come over and the cleaner showed up late and was very rude. She only vacuumed the floor and barely dusted anything even though I had ordered the deep clean service. I would not recommend using this service to anyone.
