I have used them before and was totally satisfied with them then as I was now. A great crew and a great job.

I used window washing to clean exterior glasses and a big balcony window from the inside. Al was our cleaner. He first came and counted the windows with me and gave me an estimate. Then he removed the window screens (~5 min). Then he cleaned all the windows from the outside. He did a thorough job; we could clearly see a difference. Then put the screens back. We plan on having them next year to clean the inside/outside and screens.

Loved my experience from start to finish. The woman who took my inquiry call was friendly and informative. They quickly were able to get out and do the work. The man who came to my house worked very hard and was thorough...my house is sparkling!

Got our 41 windows cleaned on a 3-story house plus the second and third floor gutters cleaned. It wasn’t as cheap as we originally expected, but that was because we thought we only had 28 windows, and didn’t factor in our million screens and storm windows. Or the oversized windows. Or the french door.

Point is, they showed up within the time window they said they would, were very professional and left all our gutters, screens, and windows sparkling clean for a totally reasonable price.

I called My Window Washing after a different company told me they were unable to clean my gutters because my outdoor water pressure was too low. MWW was able to come out quickly, arrived at the beginning of the service window, and completed the cleaning (including the garage). The workman even fixed an out of alignment downspout. They were easy to work with, the price was right, and I would definitely work with them again.

Very professional I requested a 30 minute heads up and they texted me almost to the minute. Tech that cleaned the windows was neat and clean plus VERY conscious & polite. Price was competitive. A big plus is the online booking feature. Bottom line I will be recommending My Window Washing to all my friends, family & customers.

Evan arrived on time and went right to work. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He told me about all the costs, so there were no surprises at the finish. And their prices are good and fair. This was done to my mother's house so I will definitely be calling for my own home. And will certainly recommend them to all my friends.

Called in Monday and was able to book a gutter cleaning Tuesday between 3-5 PM, Vovo showed up on time. My home was actually a bit higher than he thought, and the mount of dirt clogged there was way more than I thought, it was a tough one but he was able to get the job done. I was impressed by his professional manner and very satisfied with his work.

They ended up coming later than planned but I have used them before and they are always incredibly good, and this time was not exception - in other words worth the wait. They clean the windows meticulously.

This company was wonderful!!!! It was so easy to schedule an appointment and they worked so hard to clean our gutters and windows! They gave us pictures of all of the work completed! They did an outstanding job!!! Our windows are so shiny! Beautiful!!! Thank you! We will be calling again!

They came out quickly a plus. But first issue was they came without gas in the power washer. So one guy hung out in my yard while the other gassed up. Meaning they started late. I think they were in a rush because the job was not done well. I called and they offered to come back but I was getting ready for a party and the ship had sailed.

They kept contacting me multiple times over to schedule the quote even though it was already scheduled. I had to call them and tell them to take me off their call list.

The first job was not done well. There are still layers of dirt on my house and front porch and the cleaner did not wash the outdoor furniture like I had asked. We have a new door and there are dirt spots on the door from the cleaning.

They sent the same cleaner a second time and he argued that the dirt on the side of the house wasn't going to be removed. He didn’t want to power wash it again and didn’t address the front porch being dirty. So I said forget it. This was a really frustrating experience considering the company is the most expensive of the three contractors we talked to.

[Reply update] I appreciate the reply but just want to add additional context in case it is helpful. Based on my text from the tech, they arrived about 10am (great timing) and finished by 10:49am (based on the job complete text). Apologies for underestimating the time by about 29 min. I was not aware the weather naturally melted so much ice until the job was complete and I received the before and after photos (otherwise you are correct I would have cancelled). I just hoped an honest business would have called me back prior to starting the work to let me know the need/scope has changed. As I would in my own work if the original task was no longer needed or recommended.

[Original review] Reached out for help with ice dam removal and was quoted $800 since it would take a full day. I felt taken advantage of as I’m out of town and with the rain most of the ice melted away and only took 30 min to remove what was left. When I called to discuss a reasonable adjustment given the job scope changed, I was given a message from the manager that there is nothing they can do because they did not have time to schedule other jobs to make up for it even though they agreed the rain melted most of the ice and the full job was no longer needed. Sharing given the dishonest business practice and unwillingness to discuss any reasonable options.
