If I could give this company negative stars - I would. This was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating service experiences I’ve had.

I scheduled a move-out cleaning 1.5 months in advance and was given a confirmed arrival time of 9 AM. The day before the appointment, the company asked to push the time later (1 PM), which I agreed to despite already planning my schedule around the original booking.

At 1 PM, no one arrived. When I followed up, I was told the cleaner was on the way but delayed due to traffic. Based on that, I continued waiting, expecting the situation to be resolved shortly.

Instead, I was left waiting for over two hours past the scheduled arrival time, only to have the entire appointment canceled at 3 PM.

Canceling a service is one thing. Allowing a customer to wait for hours under the impression that the cleaner is still coming, only to cancel well after the scheduled time has passed, is completely unacceptable. At that point, it reflects a clear disregard for the customer’s time.

This was a move-out clean, which is inherently time-sensitive. I had already adjusted my schedule once to accommodate the company and communicated my availability clearly. Despite that, they failed to deliver the service entirely.

The explanation given: traffic and the cleaner needing to leave by a certain time, only highlights poor planning and overbooking. A professional company should not be confirming appointments they cannot realistically fulfill.

Polite communication does not make up for a complete lack of execution. Reliability is the baseline expectation for a service like this, and that standard was not met in any way.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere if timing or dependability matters at all.

To make matters worse, the only resolution offered was to reschedule for the next day or accept that there was nothing else they could do because they were fully booked; despite the fact that I had booked this service 1.5 months in advance. That response alone speaks volumes about how little customer commitments are prioritized.

Anna came to clean my apartment and did a phenomenal job!! The attention to detail was fantastic and my apartment looked great after!

Rover cleaning services was great! Extremely professional experience. They did a great job taking care of our place with a much needed deep clean. Would definitely recommend to a friend
