They arrived on time. They were professional. Answered any questions I had. Moved a few pieces of furniture and put them back. Pleasant personalities. Were careful while moving my furniture. They worked well together utilizing team effort.

This young man was very professional. He came into our home and greeted my family and I with a smile. He immediately explained the process and began working. Focused on the task at hand, He completed it’s with minimal mess. My white chair looked brand new and my hallway carpet in my two flat was clean with a fresh aroma. This gentleman gathered his equipment and with a smile wished us a good evening. If 5 stars is the top tier, he definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Carpet cleaning by Stanley Steemer was a great experience. I scheduled online & received several communications confirming the appointment & advising me when the technician was arriving (including a photo). The technician did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in the rooms and stairs.

For the 1st time (using Stanley Steemer) I am happy with your company. "Deondre" was the consummate professional: Quietly professional and approachable as he listened respectfully to my issues/concerns; wore shoe covers (unlike prior cleaners); did an excellent cleaning job and cleaned up after himself (I saw no evidence that he had even used my bathtub!) Although I've not... in the past...been impressed with Stanley Steemer, this LAST experience, at least, has changed my mind. Thank you for technicians like "Deondre" that represent your company.

Davon was very professional and very friendly. I was amazed on the magic he did with my dirty old carpet. I’m not just saying that but it looks good as new. Now I know why people use Stanley Steemer.

Great crew, extremely thorough job. Was supposed to take about an hour and a half and lasted three hours to make sure they could get everything they could. Not inexpensive, but much more thorough than anything you could do at home by yourself. Something we try to do and every year or year and a half basis, especially living in a condo in the city with two kids in a dog.

Man-o-man… customer service is so important and it’s never more highlighted than when you get really bad, or really good customer service. Lucky for me My experience with Stanley Steemer was the ladder. :)
Jaylen, Could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me move things around and get situated and then move things back. A lot of which he did not have to do. He took time to say hello and be friendly with my cats. Just seemed like an all-around good dude. And when you’re inviting people into your home to work, that goes a long way. Couldn’t be happier with my service!

James was extremely professional and courteous. Our sofa and rug are cleaner than ever and James was efficient. Shout out to James.

Jaylen did an excellent job. I was able to call Stanley Steemer yesterday evening and schedule an appointment for the very next day. We moved into a studio apartment that had filthy floors after eight cleanings. Jalen came in was courteous, prompt, polite, super thorough as was scheduling the day before I do not have that gentleman‘s name would highly recommend Stanley steamer again and all the team.

Roosevelt was courteous and pleasant to work with. Did a spectacular job and was very thorough and efficient. His detail to the work and my bill was excellent, he caught things on the bill that were not needed and cleared them off. Will definitely be using them again!
