Kind friendly service. Moved furniture with out complaint. A few stains wouldn’t come out but that’s how it is

Najhee was simply wonderful. He explained everything as he went along. He offered me a program that was just so cost-efficient. He was mindful of my property and respectful. He was timely and my carpet looks wonderful. I will be requesting him for my next three cleanings. He needs a promotion.

Great service! My rugs and furniture have never looked better. Have used several other firms in the past but I’m sticking with Stanley Steamer!

Gabriel walked in and was like… 😳 he wasn’t sure that anything he tried would help but I was desperate and have company coming on Monday so I said do the best you can. We were both pleasantly surprised at the results. Gabriel was professional and meticulous and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Jimmy was very professional. He explained the services and the work he did is outstanding. I definitely appreciate his work.. my space looks much brighter and I will definitely be using them again.

I had one bedroom and a carpeted stairs steam cleaned by Thomas. He did an excellent and professional job going over and above board to get stains out.. However, they look SO MUCH BETTER and way less dirt and dust. I thank him and wish him the best

Stanley Streamer sent two very qualified men to clean the carpeting in my condo. They explained what they were doing in detail if there was a stain that was too embedded, they also explained that. Carpet looks and smells great. They were in and out within an hour. Also scheduling the cleaning on the phone was very easy and done at a time that was convenient for me

Stanley Steamer came in and did a great job at cleaning my sofas. Both employees came in and worked diligently to complete the job.

In all of the years we have been using Stanley Steemer this stands out as one of the best experiences in cleaning and customer service. Joshua was on time, super clean and meticulous. I got the car upholstery and carpet steam cleaned, deodorized and protected. They were cheaper then most car detailing places. They did a better job than expected. An uber rider threw up and peed in the back seat btw.

Super easy to book the appointment. I got the updates on reminders and the courtesy call the day of to let me know the service provider was on their way. Davon was very professional. He made sure I was satisfied with the clean and even informed me on packages that may be useful for me. The scent of urine from my dog is gone along with the stains and I couldn’t be more happier.

Davon and Demetrice did an absolute amazing job cleaning my couch! I came back home to a VERY clean beige couch. Stains were out and it smelt so fresh. We moved this past weekend so there was a huge black scuff/stain that got on the back of the couch that I cried about. Not only does it stop there, one of my dogs had an accident on the ottoman the next day. I’ve never used any type of carpet/upholstery cleaner before so I was a little nervous. However, I’m SO glad I did. I contacted Stanley Steamer immediately and they were able to come the very next day. Davon and Demetrice were able to get the huge black scuff/stain right out and thoroughly clean the accident…. Day made. I did have an area rug cleaned as well but due to the fact it was so thin, I would have to being my rug in for a deeper cleaning. Which I am okay with. 10/10 would recommend. My husband said they were very friendly, professional and nice!

Timothy is an EXTREMELY skilled, thorough, and pleasant man. He turned a great service call into a great experience.
