We couldn't have timed it worse - my furnace died just before the worst winter weather hit and the holidays were looming. I called a few companies, but none came as quickly as Tom from Aabal Heating & Cooling's team.
No surprise charge for an initial assessment - that was a refreshing change from other places I'd dealt with. The technician gave me a fair breakdown of what was wrong and offered a sensible solution: a new furnace.
The installers arrived promptly at 9:15 am, took out the old one, and got the new one up and running by 4 pm. They also handled the thermostat switch to a programmable model I'd previously had, which was a nice touch.
Aabal even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working as expected. The new furnace comes with a reminder sticker for your annual maintenance date.
In retrospect, it was the best decision I made. If anyone asks, I'd definitely recommend Aabal Heating & Cooling.
