Today, Chris Jimenez arrived at my three-flat to service all three furnaces. He had called ahead to let me know he'd be there within 30 minutes, which he arrived close to. His demeanor was friendly and professional. During the tune-up, he took a thorough approach, examining each furnace in detail. He offered suggestions for improving the filters in my rental units. I was impressed by his knowledge - dust entering the vents can cause problems, as it can accumulate inside the furnace and reduce its lifespan. Chris's work was appreciated greatly.
