Abysmal customer service. This company left my elderly mother without heat over the weekend, only to return on Monday with a new "installation" fee of $400. What they didn't disclose was that the unit was actually used, not new as claimed. When confronted, they yelled at her, despite being the one who had installed it incorrectly in the first place. The whole experience has been appalling and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
