I booked this company based on good reviews, but things didn't go as expected. A third-party contractor arrived at my home, only to reveal that their truck didn't have any identifying signs from Sunset Heating. The worker was dismissive and unprofessional, constantly smoking in front of my property - a clear sign of disrespect.

This technician is a top-notch expert in HVAC work. He installed a new Carrier unit for our apartment building and took care of some underlying issues while he was there - specifically, he topped up the coolant in our main unit, which had been running low. The old system's performance has significantly improved, even though it's nearing the end of its lifespan. We're confident we'll go back to him when it's time for a new installation.
