I recently hired this company to address an electrical issue at my property in Forest Park, but they completely fell through. When I first contacted them, I was told they were busy with a commercial job and would run late. I agreed to wait, expecting some sort of update on their status, but ended up being strung along for three hours before they finally admitted they weren't going to show.

I asked if I could reschedule for the next day, and they agreed, which was a decent gesture considering the circumstances. However, when the scheduled time arrived, they didn't appear. I called them again, and the same person who initially made the appointment apologized for the mistake, taking ownership of the error. While I appreciated his honesty, it was too little, too late.

I had already booked another electrician to fix the issue, which thankfully turned up on time and did a good job. Despite their generally positive reviews, my experience left a sour taste. It's possible this was an isolated incident, but I felt compelled to warn others about the lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time.
