This company is untrustworthy and lacks professionalism. They'll try to collect money they're not owed and often don't deliver on their promises. Specifically, for seniors, they prey on their vulnerability. I had multiple conversations with your team before the issue escalated. The invoice repeatedly stated "pay now" to avoid further action, but it was my first visit. You also inaccurately listed services you didn't perform and charged extra for maintenance that wasn't part of our original plan.
The boiler's recent service is recorded in the paperwork. Despite this, it still failed. It's clear Choice Homecare probably won't honor your requested price. Professionalism, integrity, and honesty are essential - unfortunately, this company falls woefully short on these fronts.
