Avoided a company that claims to offer home services altogether. Called their 847 phone number but got incorrect info on what they actually do. First call was dropped with no help, second call had an unassisting representative.

I've worked with this company for over a year now and I'm thoroughly satisfied. They show up promptly, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and make it simple to reach out if there's anything unclear.

My experience with this company was a disaster from start to finish. I called them based on online reviews, but things quickly went downhill. They made me wait for hours without showing up to address my issue. When I followed up, they promised a call back that never came. The tenants were fed up and blamed me, which was unfair. Needless to say, I was extremely dissatisfied with their service - I ended up having to hire another company to fix the problem they couldn't be bothered to sort out.
