They were a pleasure to deal with overall. My only concern was not being informed about the upfront payment requirements beforehand. I should have also done my research on their website before scheduling. Fortunately, they offer a payment plan which is convenient. However, it doesn't cover down payments. Despite this, I'd still consider working with them again in the future.

I recently had a home AC system with a humidifier installed, but didn't notice any issues until the heating season rolled around. They sent someone out to fix the problem, which was great. The technician's determination to track down the issue wasn't just about me, but also about sharing their findings with the company so they could improve. This level of commitment from an employee is impressive, and it says a lot about the company culture.
