I normally go with another provider, but decided to give Four Seasons a shot after my old furnace stopped working. The technician turned up the next day on a Sunday and showed good manners, although the $85 fee was acceptable since they don't work pro bono. It was revealed that the inducer motor was faulty. I got a quote for $1500 to replace it, which seemed steep. Researching from a trustworthy source, I found an OEM inducer assembly for $370 - way more reasonable. I politely declined their offer and opted to do it myself instead. Replacing the brittle flame ignitor also resolved the issue now that it's running fine. If you're not handy, get multiple quotes before committing to such high costs.

Emmanual did an excellent job - he was courteous, thorough, and left the workspace tidy. The job was completed efficiently, and we had heat restored promptly.
