Scheduled service arrived between 11am and 3pm, but the technician didn't show up by 3pm. No call or email/text was made to inform us of the delay.
It's unclear how a job can be delayed by 4 hours within our allocated time frame without any communication. Either they're scheduling multiple jobs simultaneously or their customer service is severely lacking.
The technician called after we followed up, saying he was on his way but didn't provide an estimated arrival time or give us an idea of how far away he was. This lack of information makes it difficult to plan for the wait.
We have schedules and lives to attend to. The company's failure to communicate delays effectively is a major issue that needs attention.
Very dissatisfied with the experience.

I've relied on Frontline for all my household essentials - heating, cooling, plumbing. I've had them handle maintenance, installations, repairs, even two burst pipe issues. Their work is top-notch and reliability is key. However, their customer service truly sets them apart. They're punctual, courteous, and genuinely personable. The prices are more than reasonable too. That's why I stick with Frontline - they've earned a loyal customer in me.

They arrived quickly and provided a quote on short notice. The technician was prompt and exceeded expectations by fixing both the blown motor and the faulty thermostat without charging for the additional work, which wasn't required. Overall, their service impressed me greatly.
