I had a terrible experience with this company from start to finish. When I called for a maintenance check on my AC, which wasn't cooling, the technician recommended replacing it at an outrageous price of around $12k and was very pushy about the sale. I ended up getting another opinion and found out it just needed cleaning - my AC is working fine now. After that, I repeatedly contacted their office to complain and demand a refund for the service fee, but got consistently false promises that someone from management would follow up with me. What really blew me away was when I asked other people in my building about their experiences, and it turned out they had similar complaints.

Guardian's emergency service answered on a Sunday night and dispatched a technician the following day. The technician showed up promptly, was courteous, and knowledgeable. They provided clear explanations and handled our situation professionally. The entire process was efficient and respectful, especially considering it happened on short notice.
