All reviews for Heating & Cooling Chicago

I've been waiting for 3 days to hear back from this company about my building permit, but so far, no response. I've called multiple times and hung up on twice - frustratingly, not even getting a hold on someone. Time is of the essence as I need to finalize my home sale, but I'm being ignored. The lack of communication is appalling, especially since dealing with their manager has been particularly poor. They refuse to issue the permit required by the City of North Chicago, which makes the situation almost impossible to resolve. I'm now considering taking legal action to get some progress made.
