Be cautious when purchasing from this company - their products are sold "as is," which means you're on your own if something goes wrong. When I bought a defective part, they refused to replace it with a new one, leaving me high and dry. A different supplier did the same part perfectly, proving their faulty quality control.

This company gets two things wrong: customer service and follow-through. Their demeanor is dismissive, and it's clear they're not interested in addressing concerns. The fact that I had to call multiple times before getting anywhere suggests a lack of effort on their part. What initially piqued my interest - the high recommendations - was completely lost due to poor first impressions.

I'm extremely satisfied with this company. We needed an inducer motor for our furnace on Thanksgiving Day due to a breakdown. Fortunately, they were closed but the staff called back quickly to accommodate us. What impressed me most was that Rangel personally installed the new motor in the part we brought along. His expertise is unparalleled, and I wholeheartedly endorse this business.
