Please do not trust this company. Grace’s cleaner broke a faucet in our house. Grace refused to submit a claim to her insurance agency. She failed to take responsibility. In addition, she does not enforce COVID precautions with her cleaners.

Grace and her team has managed the cleaning process of my condo building common area since 2017. Strong professional team going above and beyond to please and make any wrongs right. They are highly recommended.!

I am so thankful for the wonderful work these women did to my home before the holidays. I had let the care of my home slip due to professional and personal issues and a little case of depression. I had been using Grace's services for years and until this year her cleaners have been very sloppy. They leave the lights on in the bedroom, leave the garage open, doesn't scrub the showers very well and once didn't clean the master bedroom toilet and recently chipped our table and claimed fault and found out how much it would cost to fix and back paddled. And also, random cleaners show up to our house. We no longer use her services.

I own a three flat and my tenant moved out. The apartment was very dirty and this company's workers did a great job cleaning it including the windows. They were very conscientious and thorough. I will definitely use this company again.

The entire A1 team is fantastic. They are friendly, reliable and do a great job every time. I love that they work around my large dog, and their attention to detail. I have used several cleaning groups in Chicago, and no one comes close to A1.
