I had them out and spent about an hour talking to him exactly what we wanted to do in our backyard and they told me that they would get me back with a draft plan. They wanted $500 to come up with this which was the most expensive of anyone we talked to. A week or two later we got back a plan that represented nothing that we talked about look like a generic plan that I could have pulled off the internet. No follow through nothing. I feel like I just got taken. I had such high hopes for them but very disappointed.
After the misleading and argumentative response Topiarius posted I realize I was right to not do business with them. But they did not offer to refund me for their worthless work.

Having Topiarius landscape my patio was like adding a room to my house. Even in the winter months, the patio provides viewing pleasure from inside.
