After considering far too many different moving companies in Chicago, I was very lucky to have ended up selecting MOOvers. As for getting quotes, MOOvers struck the right balance. Not too pushy or obnoxious with text and email, but also not so little in their replies that you suspected something was fishy. Their team was good about adjusting the quote to match a Word Doc inventory list, and they explained their process and expectations well too. On the day of the move, they were right on time and finished 2.5 hours early! Their team was fast but that didn't affect the quality of the move. Everything was disassembled and reassembled promptly; nothing broke. Unlike other movers I've used, they used their own equipment creatively to get the job done faster (carrying multiple of my items or boxes inside of larger wardrobe boxes they brought, reducing how many trips they were taking). They were great overall and I'll absolutely be using them again.

My one critique is that when you do call, they have a rather annoying AI-voice bot that sometimes answers. But, unfortunately, who doesn't have those this point?

Amazing service. They were all very thoughtful of not damaging anything when they moved. They also got it done in much less time than anticipated, and therefore came in cheaper than the original estimate. I will recommend them to any of my friends/family within the Chicago area.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Victor, Gregg, and Alvaro were incredibly fast and attentive. They handled every box and piece of furniture as if it were their own. What really stood out to me was how considerate and thoughtful they were throughout the entire process, checking in with me often to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. MOOvers Chicago did such a great job with our recent move! When we first scheduled the move and up until when they were confirming right before, the office was very nice and always helpful! Our moving crew was so professional and efficient. They brought all the materials needed to move the items quickly, including a protective mat for the floor in our new apartment. They were able to put each box/item in the room we requested, and finished the move in less than the amount of time that was quoted! Huge thank you to our moving crew Felipe, William, and Chris. We will definitely call again for future moves!

First time using MOOvers for an out of state move and they were excellent. From the initial quote and inventory review with Steve to the final drop off with George, everything was top notch with great communication and follow ups. George and his crew were amazing. They were very professional, on time both days, extremely efficient, confirmed how we wanted everything wrapped and placed and made sure we were fully satisfied before finishing the job. I would 100% use MOOovers again for any future moves.

I used Moovers for a very small job which was an easy move. Therefore, I hired them again for a full move. My second move had multiple challenges that the owner addressed and remedied himself. The owner cares deeply about his business, employees and customers. The company as a whole will work hard to help make your move as easy and stress free as possible.

MOOvers Chicago was the best moving company I've ever worked with. They were very easy to work with every step of the way. The movers were very fast and kind. They finished the job quicker than the quote which was nice. I supplied my own my own mattress bag and moving wrap to help cut down on the material costs a bit. The movers were happy to use that.

I will definitely use MOOvers Chicago again when I move in the future.

Amazing experience moving with them! First time hiring a moving company and Ricky (Richard) and Oscar were right on time and moved everything quickly and efficiently - truly went above and beyond! Very respectful and great communication leading up to my move and in regards to my items being packed and loaded.

The moving crew were so thorough, careful, fast, and professional. The cost was very reasonable and exactly consistent with the estimate. We had an afternoon move - if you want a more exact time when they will arrive, take a morning slot.

Great and friendly movers! I had a fourth floor no elevator move in January and these were the friendliest and most helpful movers, I will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend to anyone.

Perfect service. With one day notice, they were able to schedule 3 fantastic movers for us within 24 hours. They took perfect care of our antique furniture. We even received a $45 refund for them finishing in under the quoted time. They were very accommodating, even with 2 separate drop off locations. Very strong and professional men. Also- Karen from the office was amazing and helpful!

I’ve hired Charritos movers last year for my move and we got everything done in 5 hours with 1 less person. With moovers it took from 8 am to 4pm and quadruple the price for a little over 4K. They do charge a 3% fee for card, but offer Zelle which wouldn’t let me send that much money on for some reason. They had some things break like my child’s desk, a coffee pot that was wrapped into the coffee machine instead of separate, my dresser door, also my child was finding cigarettes in his toy chest I don’t even smoke. But I think it took so long because they would take apart my dining table off the legs, unscrew everything and reset it up at the new place. I thought it was unnecessary but they got a system down I felt more in the way than anything. Customer service is amazing though- very timely and fast response. They even helped me move on a federal holiday. Overall experience was good but I didn’t even pay 1k for Charritos for the same amount of stuff in less time. Also these guys left a lot of boxes for my child’s room downstairs which was a bit of a bummer. Okay experience- but pack fast and wrap mostly everything

MOOvers Chicago is simply incredible--they helped me with multiple internal furniture moves/shift in preparation to sell my home and then handled my move to my new home! What was expected to be an 8 hour moved turned into 12 hours but the crew remained nice, efficient, hard working and professional! Cannot recommend this company enough--call them--ask for Karen, she'll get you the guidance and assistance you need!

This was my first time hiring movers and they made it so worth it! Showed up right on time, wasted no time moving items from my apartment to their truck, were very careful handling my items, and made sure they put the furniture exactly where I wanted it to go. Really great service and would happily use them again!

I will absolutely be using Chicago MOOvers for all of my moves. There was a mix up on a move date so I spoke with the sales manager Amber who within 15 minutes got a dispatch team on time and out to me. They were careful and did my entire move within 2.5 hours. My movers were absolutely incredible as well and went above and beyond to make sure my things were taken with care and without damage. Thank you to the entire team!

I helped my friends pack/move this past weekend and they hired MOOvers to do the actual move -- these guys were awesome!! So professional, efficient, careful with the boxes, thoughtful, and absolute troopers especially in the very snowy weather this weekend. I'm usually more of a DIY mover and these guys have me convinced to never try that again. They paid attention to details like making sure we got the living room rug laid out how we wanted it and finding the vacuum from the truck for me so I could vacuum before they placed the couch, and at the end they had us walk through and make sure everything was right in case we wanted any furniture shifted before they left. Very reasonably priced, no surprises. Victor, Jorge and Greg were great, highly recommend!!

Chris & William did a PHENOMENAL job helping me move into my three story walk-up! They were so efficient in not only unloading my moving truck, but they also unloaded my personal car as well as my mother’s! All in all, what could have been a 4+ hour project, they completed in an hour and a half. We are so thankful for their help and we highly recommend this amazing company!
