Contraté a Fernández Plumbing hace dos meses para un trabajo con garantía. El problema persiste, no recibí comprobante. Al contactarlo, tanto yo como mi marido, nos informó que no regresaría a menos que pagáramos nuevamente, a pesar de ser evidente que el trabajo no quedó bien. Señalé mi intención de reportar, y él desestimó mis preocupaciones. Considero que un servicio profesional debe responder a su garantía, por lo que no puedo recomendar esta compañía.
Two months ago I hired Fernández Plumbing for a job that was supposedly guaranteed. The problem is still there, and I never received a receipt. When both my husband and I contacted him, he said he would not return unless we paid again, even though it is clear the job was not done properly. I mentioned that I would file a complaint, and he dismissed my concerns. A professional service should stand behind its work, so I cannot recommend this company. -
