We have worked with Kuhn Plumbing for over 50 years for residential buildings and our own home. They are excellent problem-solvers for older apartment buildings with complex systems - boilers, water heaters, risers, sewers etc. and explain clearly what options for repairing or replacing are, helping us make knowledgeable decisions in keeping our properties in good shape. They are highly skilled, responsive, courteous and trustworthy. They have done extensive plumbing projects in my home as well. If you want a job done well and right the first time, use Kuhn.

Toilet replacement (I provided the toilet) $700
Bad:
They charge hourly, but the plumber I was working with seemed pretty dishonest. Caught him multiple times sitting on the toilet looking at his phone only to start working when he saw me. Went back and forth outside to come back with no tools. The last time he went out was to come back with a large wrench he never intended on using. Note: he already had 2 wrenches next to him.

They did try to charge me an extra 15 min ($60), but I called and they took it off.
He cleaned up well and his work is quality so I'll give him that, but you can probably find someone cheaper and faster for the same kind of workResponse to owner:
His word against mine, but I observed him go in and out at least 5 times. 2 times without tools and this was all after the other guy left to pick up the old toilet. He was also gone for 5-15 minutes every time. It also doesn't explain why he went out the last time with a large wrench he didn't even touch -
