I have KWC faucets that are no longer made which require replacement valves. Being told by another vendor that replacements were no longer available, I found The Faucet Shoppe and spoke with Abby who took up the challenge. She started by contacting the Swiss manufacturer who offered a substitute but to be sure she had her technicians verify that the susbstitute would work. And as a bonus she informed me how to obtain a first order discount. I now no longer have two dripping faucets. Thanks to Abby I saved hundreds of dollars on replacements. First class customer service!!!!

I had a great first-time experience working with Adam and his team on a project for my boat. I decided to replace all of the faucets, and once I took everything apart, I realized the fittings weren’t standard sizes and I’d need help from a specialty shop. Adam quickly understood exactly what I needed and came up with a plan to make it all work. I can’t thank him and his team enough for their help. I highly recommend the Faucet Shoppe!
