This review is for concrete work Andy did for me. Maybe the cleaning company is better, but the process I went through with him for concrete was awful. I got a quote for a square concrete slab and the price seemed ok. We ended up needing 2 extra feet added, and he raised the price by $900. When I did the math per square foot, it didn't add up. When I questioned Andy on this, he was very rude in his emailed replies to me. Made me feel like I was a bother all because I was curious how 2 feet would be so much. All I asked for was an explanation. Math is math. He did apologize to me for his attitude and finished the job, but never explained his math. This was May 2023. Well spring came in 2024, and we noticed there is a chalky powder coming up from the concrete. I asked Andy about this because maybe it's normal. I'm not the professional so I asked his opinion. He said he'd come out to look. That was 4-5 weeks ago. He never came. Won't respond to texts or emails. And now the concrete is chipping pretty badly. Google tells me this is most likely due to poor mixing of the concrete or a multitude of other things. What a waste of $5k. Should have gone with the lower quotes I had but wanted to use Andy since he was friends with my nurse friend. Oh well.

Andy was very professional. He called the day before to confirm the time he would be arriving at my home. He arrived on time to clean my gutters. He did a great job on my two story house. He left the property in tiptop shape - no debris anywhere. Afterwards he advised me I don't really need the gutters cleaned too often because I have lost most of my tall trees on my property. He told me once a year is more than enough. How about that for honesty. I highly recommend.
