As in the past , Dan responded to our concerns and explained clearly what needed to be done. They did a great job working on our Maple tree which was difficult to reach given its location. They managed not to disturb other plantings and left the site in good order when they were finished. We will use them again

Care of Trees came to check out our backyard tree last year. They said the tree was still alive and only needed some pruning. We spent over $600 on the pruning (which took them about 30 minutes although they said it was a lot of work and would take hours). Just a few short months later there were no leaves and the trunk started peeling off - clear signs of a dead tree. The Care of Trees service person was very argumentative and would not give us any sort of credit or refund and would not accept culpability. Customer service was bad. Now I have to pay someone else to cut the tree down.

The service was exceptional from the initial work scoping meeting to the actual work being performed just a couple of weeks later.
The work was of the best quality, with great clean-up & "friendly" to us and our yard.
All this is why we keep relying on CofT to keep our trees healthy-----
