    I had a great experience purchasing my washer and dryer set. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions, even help me price check other stores. Delivery was on time, and everything was handled professionally. The team made sure the appliances were set up properly and explained anything I needed to know before leaving. I would definitely recommend buying from them.

    Long story short. After about 1yr and 6months, the new fridge we bought had a costly issue. Warranty out after 1yr. Maker of the fridge said, basically, too bad. I guess that's why the maker offers extended warranties. Because it's not gonna last that long I guess. Anyway, Tom took the lead and got us a new one for a good price. Kudos to Terry's. Thanks Tom.
