I waited patiently a great while for him to cut 2 trees. Immediately after cutting the 1st tree, he requested payment so I paid him cash for the entire job - Many months later TreeThief has never returned to finish the job.

This company was very professional, for being on time and and providing great quality service. Their pricing was affordable and their customer service was excellent as they cleaned up after themselves on our property and any residual materials that may have fallen on neighbor's property.

On 5/14/18 the storm took down one of my biggest trees in the back of my house!! The 70+ year old tree landed on my roof, the roof of my next door neighbors, and demolished their privacy fence. I have never had to use a tree service. I opted for my mothers recommendation over the advice of State Farm. I am so happy and pleased with GILDERSLEEVE TREE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About a month ago, my wife called to inquire about having a rep come out to give a free estimate on some trimming we needed done. After a week of waiting, she didn't hear anything back from the company.

I then followed up with a phone call. Left a voice mail stating the situation and received a phone call the next day, which was a Thurs/Friday. The lady scheduled me an appointment for the Sunday of that weekend for a rep to come out at 930 in the morning for the estimate.

I woke up and waited patiently for the rep. At 10am, no one had shown up or contacted me. I made another phone call to the company and got their voice-mail. I left another message asking where the rep was and why no one had contacted me yet. I still never got a call back explaining why they never reached back out or why my time was wasted on Sunday for them to never show up.

They have lost all/any future business we planned on needing them for and will gladly share this experience with any person that asks for opinions on tree services.

In April I hired Gildersleeve to cut down a tree and grind 2 stumps. One stump was done very poorly. I have left messages and spoke to him in person and still nothing has been done.

Lee charged me $1,200 to remove three 60-foot (more or less) pine trees and to cut an overhanging limb that was scraping my house. His 4-man crew had a boom truck, a stump grinder, and a chipper trailer. They removed the 3 stumps. I felt like I got a lot of value for my money.

I had Lee come out and give a bid on 5 trees that I needed removed, he gave me a great price for what I needed removed and did a great job removing all the trees and removing the stumps. His crew did a wonderful job cleaning up and were very professional and just a great group of people. I would never use anyone but them to take care of and tree work that I needed done you just can’t find a company with these qualities. Thank you Lee and your crew for really taking care of us it is greatly appreciated.

I called Gildersleeve for a 2nd quote, which I never get more than one. They were $1500 less than the first quote. Work performed was impeccable!! Very professional and polite. Recommend 100%!!

I can't say how happy I am with Gildersleve tree service. I had Lee come out and give a bid on the work I wanted done. I had a few extra things done and Lee was more than accommodating. All the work was done in professional ,timely manner . It was reassuring to watch these guys go about their work with expertise. I would definitely recommend!

Donn's tree service was very profesional and knowledgable and made my flowering and fruit trees look amazing.

Donn's tree service really went the extra mile in clearing out the invasive brush on our hillside. They drug a huge amount of debri uphill and without the use of heavy equipment. We highly reccommend their tree trimming too.

Donn removed two trees from our property. One was a tall fast growing Locust tree that was in a very tricky spot between our home and garage. He also did a fantastic job trimming our huge Weeping Willow that was swallowing up our front yard, regularly whipping it's branches into our home. We worried it would do severe damage in a wind storm. Donn efficiently removed the dead branches, trimming carefully to maintain its elegant shape while removing the danger to our home. Donn provided great, honest, and hard working service with good communication, arrived on time and gave me a price that didn't break the bank.
