I’ve had Erica’s team for years now. This is a very good team! Great service.

I have had a great experience with the Red team. They do a wonderful job and on the few occasions I have had to ask for them correct something they are on it and I don't have to ask again. They are polite and always on time. Thanks Red Team!

The team its fast and thorough. When they are finished my home looks great. It looks good and I am very happy with their results.

They have done a great job for us. Great peace of mind to not have to worry about it. Very thoughtful and trustworthy.

SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY!!

My initial deep cleaning was great. Follow-up cleanings got worse with every visit. Had to have them come back on more than one occasion because they don't move anything when they clean and they were not cleaning everything.

The first team I was assigned was so bad I was going to cancel and in order to keep my business, they assigned a second team. First cleaning was good and again every cleaning after got worse.

My last cleaning was so bad, they didn't even touch the shower, dust or vacuum in the bedroom.

Sent a message to the both women that run the business to let them know I was unhappy and planning to discontinue service and NEVER got a reply.

VERY disappointing when we spend the amount of money we are charged and then have to go back and clean again myself.

Would NOT recommend using this service.

Very professional service. I have the same team of 3 ladies come each time. My needs are dust, vacuum, mop and full bathroom. They use environmentally safe products, which is important to me. They get the job done to my satisfaction.

8/27/21 I wrote my initial review after the first cleaning. I have used this company for a few months now and I am not satisfied. I left my comments for the crew the last cleaning, but I am still not happy with the service. They dust, sweep and mop around everything. It does not appear anything is moved prior to cleaning any surface. I have dust bunnies in corners, under throw rugs and out of the way surfaces of furniture. I do not believe they have used furniture polish on any piece of furniture. Definitely not worth $140 an hour.

The lavender team of Erica and Britney are always pleasant, hard-working and professional. I eagerly anticipate their regular appointments and they always deliver.

I’d say it is an 4.6. Overall the silver team does a great job. Sometimes they seem a little rushed though and there are areas they dust around instead of actually fully dusting. I’m willing to pay for those extra 15 minutes if they ensured they were thorough.

Erica and her crew always arrive on time, work fast and do a fantastic job!
I would highly recommend them for your housecleaning needs.

I am so happy that my home is cleaned every 2 weeks by the Lavender team. Erica is the supervisor and her team has been cleaning my home for 6 years. Although her team has changed over the years, I never have to worry about the quality of the clean. I know she will be sure that it is done right. Everything looks and smells clean every time.
