Service technicians were two hours late for our initial appointment. They were also unprepared and couldn't finish the job. They came back out (late again) and still didn't properly finish the job. They were supposed to do exclusion work to keep pests out, but they left gaps larger than 1/4" left untreated!

I would not rely on Orkin to do any proper exclusion work in the future. Not surprising since it's just another opportunity for them to charge for extermination services. They've also refused to provide a customer copy of the service contract that was signed, which is extremely shady.

First rate quality, service and respect from Techs. Always respectful of my property. I've been told they had a change in leadership which has resulted in 5 star performance.

I'm a manager of a large organization and switched from a different company to Orkin about 2 years ago. I get billed on a monthly basis and have had issues with their billing since the beginning but the last issue is they incorrectly double billed for service rendered. First they incorrectly identified the service address as our main building instead of our auxiliary building and they billed me for the annual cost instead of the semi-annual cost. I have called them 3 times so far to correct both issues with no resolve. The customer service personnel can't do anything without Mike Cook personally taking care of it and he is never in the office to do his job. I can not recommend this company and suggest finding someone else. I'll be looking for another company even to the extent of going back to the previous one.

Orkin treated my termites in 2008. I paid them $1,672 to do that plus an average of $277 per year to inspect my house annually. Their sales pitch was if the termites returned they would retreat for free. I ended up paying $3,379.71 over 13 years and they said the termite's didn't return before I moved away. So I paid twice as much on annual maintenance without ever getting retreated. Then when I sold my house the buyer required a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection report and I discovered that Orkin is the only pest control company in the area that doesn't conduct those inspections! I highly recommend you don't waste your money by going with Orkin!! The 1 star is because I couldn't rate them zero.
