The team at the Woods Basement were fantastic. The staff was professional and the installers, Alex, Bryce and Mason arrived on time, were courteous and explained the process start to finish.

There were times where it was difficult to get a response back from the office, but the crew made up for that completely. Andrew and Blake came to do our inspection. They were both super helpful and super friendly. Thoroughly checked everything. Our dehumidifier needed to be replaced. They explained all the options clearly and replaced the unit. I had trouble with the email of the contract and they were very patient with us as we tried different email. Highly recommend these guys to help you out!

I am very impressed and pleased with the service I received from Jon Ford for the annual service for my crawlspace encapsulation. He is very thorough taking the time and went above and beyond to help with questions and concerns. I felt he genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied with this service and made adjustments to the things I needed help with. I highly recommend him and Woods basement for crawlspace encapsulation. I recently have recommended this company to a family member and they are scheduled to have a consultation to start the process for their crawlspace encapsulation.
