They removed two stumps from my property and did an outstanding job. They worked quickly and efficiently. When they were finished the ground was flat and ready for grass seed. The owner was very polite and professional. I would definitely do business with them again.

I operate a local tree service in the Collinsville Illinois area and ALWAYS contract Shane to remove stumps for my clients. He is a great guy to do business with and I don’t ever have to worry about getting a complaint or call back about a job not fully completed. He has built his reputation on the quality of work he does and it’s very clear when you speak with him that he makes you a priority. He has always left me satisfied and smiling!

SubSurface did the stump removal for 2 trees I had removed by Meurer Brothers and they did a great job!! They were on time, very professional and polite and left the area clean. I was very impressed with the job they did!! I hope I don't need anymore trees removed but if I do,I want them to do the stump removal!

They were professional and did a great job of removing the stump from our yard. They also took safety precautions for themselves. They did a great job cleaning up the wood chips and filling in the stump area with wood chips, making it completely flat. However, in hindsight, I wish they would have contacted us a week or so before the planned stump removal to talk us through the process, including asking the question, "would you like us to fill in the hole with wood chips from the stump, or do you have dirt that you like us to fill it in with?" We had hired a another company to cut the tree down. The tree company subcontracted to SubSurface Stump Removal to take out the stump and we did not talk to them until they showed up to take out the stump. All in all, we were quite pleased.

We had an Oak tree removed and needed the stump ground out, from where we had previously had a Hosta garden around the tree. We contacted Sub Surface Stump Removal and we were not disappointed! They did an AMAZING JOB! From grinding the stump out to cleanup! They took time to remove the 'mulch' that resulted from the grinding as they went thru the tree. When they finished they raked the yard for what spread across from the dig area. When that was finished they even used their blower to clear the road and go back over the lawn where the grass had been laid flat from the tractors to have it back standing up We asked for dirt to be filled in to the hole and even that was done with out a mess. They blew the road clear of chips and dirt, leaving it looking like they had never been there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

SubSurface and Shane removed my stump as a subcontractor for Meurer Brothers tree removal. Couldn't be more pleased. Underground utilities were located and flagged before work. I was called ahead of time the day of the job. The site was fairly much cleaned up. I would ask for SubSurface again.

Shane did a great job with removing two stumps in my yard. He called to locate for utilities prior to digging, he backfilled the holes and hauled away the debris. He was very polite and the project was completed quickly. I would recommend getting a quote if you need any stumps removed.

Took the money and abandoned the job. We had to pay someone to finish the work. $1000 job ended up costing us $1800 plus a day off work. They also broke our mailbox and retaining wall.

This company was Great, very nice. Respectful they done everything as they said and a little more The cleanup was Great as well. 😊

Called on Tuesday, began work on Wednesday, finished on Thursday!! Wasn’t a small job either! Friendly, hard working crew, very impressed with complete experience, especially clean up, thank you!

Daniel and his crew did an amazing job. Topped my trees and shaped them. Excellent work and they cleaned up after.10 out of 10! Thanks guys

Had a emergency when a branch hit the house. They came right out and removed the branch. They went above and beyond to do everything they could to help us with our problem.

Needed 2 trees trimmed, they had not been trimmed in 20yrs, they did a fantastic job! Not real expensive for what all they did. They trimmed, cleaned up, & hauled away.

Pro Tree Solutions took down 3 of our trees so far. Now we are working with our neighbor to get one between our houses. They did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Massive trees fell all over our mom’s neighborhood this past big storm. Most homes lost roofs and siding and more. He came by and offered to help remove all the limbs and massive logs from her yard. He did a marvelous job and saved us all from some extremely difficult work. We are so grateful for their time and services!
