Never called back. I called him and then he said he could not do it. He said originally he could do it. I think it is very rude for them not to call you back when they say they will.

Aeration - The young man, Jacob, did an excellent job. He handled that Toro machine like a 20 year professional. He was polite and explained the procedure before completing a very thougough job. I will use Ritzel Lawn Care again. ( Dave B )

They were awesome to work with. They really listened to my concerns about my plants and were careful to avoid spraying over the retaining wall and killing them. They also made sure to clean off our back porch every time service was done at the house. The attention to detail was very nice. Also they have the best return envelopes!

Ritzel Lawn Care has been doing the lawn maintenance for our homeowners association for the past several years. They are a hard working crew of guys that really do a great job. He is very reasonably priced and works well with all the homeowners. I would not hesitate to use him in the future. Great Company!

We've used Ritzel for several years and I can't think of anytime that the work has not been outstanding. The only crew is always respectful of my property and courteous to me when I need to speak to them. Great work at a very fair price. I have no intention of ever using anyone else.

This year, 2024, Matt's guys mulched our many trees and berms, cut down our tall grasses and removed two 8' bushes. In every situation the work was done professionally, in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Can't thank Matt enough.

I love ritzell! These young guys do an absolutely phenomenal job. The young man who trimmed my evergreen bushes for me. It was covered in poison ivy. He was not afraid to get covered. Super polite and oh so professional. I tried to tip him and offer bottle water. I am so very thankful for good people like this. Absolutely rock star talented guys who know what they're doing.

We are very pleased with Ritzel Grass. They have been extremely accommodating when we thought we had a problem. They came out within 48 hours and and reassessed the issue and proceeded to accommodate our issue. We highly recommend Ritzel Company for your lawn care. They were super anything I asked they always were there to help me. I will always give them excellent . Always on time always there when they say they were gonna be there never had an issue with anything super people. Excellent job.

My family and I recently bought a house in Waterloo, and the yard and plant beds had been pretty neglected. I've done my best to do what I can, but there were small trees I had no idea what to do with. When I first asked around for a company to mow for me, I was referred to Ritzel, and they have done a phenomenal job so far, so I reached out to see if they could remove these trees for me. To say they have exceeded expectations would be an understatement. I am very impressed with the work I've seen from this company so far, as well as their fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Adding a few before and afters to the post. Photos are about a month apart so disregard the changes in grass color.
