Precision Property Pros (PPP) completed another excellent job for us. We had a problem with water come down our outdoor steps into our basement during heavy storms. Working with Justin and his crew at PPP we were able to design a system to collect the excess water and pump it away to a safe place. I have worked with PPP on projects in the past and they have always done a great job not only doing the work, but in standing behind the work they have done. Knowing that PPP will not only do a great job,
but will stand by their work after the job is completed is why they have become my go to contactor when I need this type of work done.

Working with Justin and the Precision Property Pros team made my dream yard a reality! When I purchased my above ground pool in February 2023, I was initially overwhelmed by all the steps and requirements for my dream backyard renovation. After meeting with Justin once, I knew my project was in expert hands! Any questions or uncertainty I had were met with quick, thorough responses that made me feel valued as a customer and confident in my choice to work with Precision Property Pros. I also appreciated that everything included in the estimates were itemized, so I could easily understand the breakdown of costs. Also, I was relieved to have the option of paying a clerical fee, instead of handling permits and paperwork myself. Personally, this cost was so worth avoiding the headache!

Aside from unavoidable Chicago weather delays, my project was done very timely, and each step was well communicated. By May, my backyard was transformed into a perfect oasis with my new pool, perfect paver patio, and custom deck! After a summer of joy in my dream backyard, I was ready to start my next project with Precision Property Pros! Justin had his crews back again, this time to make my front landscaping as beautiful as the backyard. I am beyond thrilled with all of the work completed by this company, and I would strongly recommend them!

I filled out the pool installation quote online and was told I would hear from someone in a few days. It took a week and a half, Justin called to setup a survey. I was told it would be $150 for a survey to prepare a quote. I thought it was a red flag to pay for a quote but I went ahead. Justin came out the following week and said he would have an estimate to us middle of the next week. I sent a text the following week asking when we could expect the estimate as we were heading out of town and hoped to make a decision. No response. By the following weekend before our trip we reviewed other options and went with someone else as unresponsive is not a good sign from an owner. Sent an email to Precision and again, no response. If too busy for new projects, just state that initially without requiring someone pay for a survey and quote that is never sent. Our survey was 2.5 weeks ago. Very unprofessional.

We love our pool, the hardscaping, the pergola, and grill area!! Precision properties did an amazing job with working with our vision, and taking the time and patience to outline options like what it would cost to add this or that etc. They executed the stone work with great attention to detail, even taking the time to re-lay a few stones that weren't 100% perfect without us even asking them to. The pool also came out perfectly. I would highly recommend them!
