I had a toilet that kept running after flushing. I chose the best company I could imagine. From beginning to end they showed kindness, care and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great plumber. Polite and caring they did the job quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much! I would use your revives again and again!!

Matt and his partner were excellent! The job became a little bit of a challenge but they stayed calm and professional and patiently completed the repair. It was great to see the great and caring attitude they both portrayed.
I will definitely use Flow Right Plumbing as well as recommend them to anyone who is in need of Plumbing services.
Thank You. -
Technician Frank was on time, friendly, and professional. We chatted briefly about the situation and he immediately went to work and quickly resolved the issue. He was respectful of my property and cleaned up everything to look like he was never even here. After the service he offered tips for sewer line maintenance, again in a friendly and professional manner. Overall I am very satisfied with the experience and the work provided and would absolutely recommend Flow Right Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing service.

These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and most if all persistent. Having an older home, city plans, rules, and pipes become an issue for solving an otherwise
simple everyday plumbing problem. Flow right plumbers pivoted every time they were confronted with a challenge.
Until they found success they kept going - rethinking, repivoting, and replanning. Thanks Flow right. -
Basically an evaluation was done of the problem.I was told they would get back with me about a repair or replacing my water heater (and they would give me a decent price). The end result is I could pay about 300 for the repair and to let ATW know if I wanted to do that. I paid for the service call and continue to pay the monthly fee without the promised coverage. K

Constantly say they will come set an appointment and they don’t show up. Beginning with a appointment to come out and do the repair scheduled twice never showed up or called to let us know they won’t be showing up so people know. We take off work to be able to be at home when they say they will come and they just don’t show up without any notice.
Then they came out assessed the problem and said they will get the permit 3 weeks later nothing city called us to see who will be paying for the permit because the company hasn’t paid. After that we called the comapny then they paid and 2 weeks later came to do the work. Did the repair covered back filled the hole and said 6 weeks later they will come to fix the front lawn.
6 weeks later we call ok we will be there
Monday afternoon. No SHOW no call nothing. Call again office says we need to wait 6-8 weeks for soil to settle blah blah blah. At this point it has been 8 weeks and they still didn’t come out. They said Marc the owner will be working in your area Friday he will be there between 3-5 pm. Friday comes no one of course is coming it’s 4:30 pm I call the office rhey are like Marc said he will still stop by and will call you when on his way. OF COURSE Marc never called and no one showed up. Monday comes I call they again say Marc will call you to see when they can come do the work. Marc never calls of course whole week till Friday finally he called asking for the pictures pf the ground so they can see if they need to take off any dirt before putting grass and someone will come the next day Saturday to do the work which I did send within 10 minutes of the call.
NO RESPONSE
I follwed up to see when can I expect them on Saturday NO RESPONSE
I followed up the next day Saturday to see when they will be coming. NO RESPONSE
I called Monday again they say Marc will call you and at this point I think you can guess what happened… Of course the lady from office is telling me how it’s now November and I still want them to put grass! While I have been trying for a month for them to put grass so I can avoid having horrible looking front lawn till June but I am still waiting for Marc’s call that I have been waiting for for 3 weeks now.
They got paid and don’t really want to come back do the grass as that is kinda extra work I guess for them and they feel like they have to do it for free at that point. -
*Update*
I am adding a video and a couple photos. This is work they did. Spigot not anchored? Im pretty sure the pipes are not supposed to look like that after 1 year of barely being used.
I am writing this review because so far the owner has ghosted me. He set an appointment with me, and never showed up or had the decency to call me to let me know he wont be showing up. When I spoke to the office, i was informed that he had an emergency customer. So you guys ditch appointments for an emergency customer? Ive been calling the office and the receptionist (Michelle) can only pass on my message, which i understand. It is beyond her hands. I will change my review if anything changes but so far im very dissatisfied with their service.
I bought a house that has had complete new plumbing done by FlowRight, the 1st couple of months, the water pressure wasn't right. I couldn't have 2 showers on at the same time. Plumber came in, found the issue and told me they need to replace and order the part off Amazon because they dont Install these parts and then gave me a quote for fixing it. When I informed him the work was done by FlowRight, he stated that it couldn't be true because they dont use these parts. He got on the phone and 10 minutes later said yes they did do the work for my house and that he can fix it. The issue was "fixed" free of charge but im confused as to why he said they had to order a new part. I left it alone. Its been a year later and Im having water pressure issues still. I called to have them check the water pressure issue and to check my water spigot because the water is shooting out of crawlspace area Instead of my spigot. I have not been able to use my spigot at all this summer and its supposed to be new plumbing. Plumber came in, and gave me a quote. 300$ for labor to take out a filter so they can identify what kind of filter, order it, and replace it. 600$ to fix the spigot because it apparantly ruptured in the winter. Im confused as to why they need to charge me 300$ in labor to figure out a filter THEY Installed. They should know what kind of filter they Installed. And 600$ to fix a spigot ive only used a couple times the summer prior.
I am writing this review because as of now I've missed a day of work to accommodate the owner Mark and for him to do a no call/no show while I missed work to meet him. He has not returned my calls. I've been calling the office and speaking with Michelle since I've gotten the quote on the 26th of June. It is now the 9th of August and Mark has yet to return a phone call.
I spoke with the manager Stephanie, nice lady. But upon speaking to her, she informed me that they had no record of their plumber going to my house last year. Very odd in my opinion especially when I explained how I needed " a new part", then the story changed to they can fix it the prior year.
I asked why would they need to charge me labor to figure out what kind of filter THEY Installed, order the filter and then install it back. She informed me that they dont always take notes in regards to the work that they do. Again, very odd. If I go do a job, and later on the customer calls me to replace something, I will know what needs to be replaced if I did the job myself but okay, fine lets move forward. I was informed that the warranty for FlowRight Plumbing is 90 days upon completion of job. As far as I know, in Illinois minimum is 2 years for plumbing warranties. I have not received a call back from FlowRight nor the owner.
I will update my review if the problem gets resolved.
