I called this morning looking for parts to repair a 20 year old, discontinued Kohler toilet and spoke with Mark on the phone. He had the parts waiting for me when I walked into the store. Gave me some tips and I could not be happier with the service! Talked with a friend about MR plumbing afterwards, and found out they used MR Plumbing to replace 2 huge water heaters and the experience was the same as mine. Highly recommended and worth adding to your Contacts list for plumbing parts and service. Thank you!!!

Fabulous service and work! We called for a quote to have our pipes replaced and they came out within hours. It was literally a day or two later and they were doing the work in our home. The two men that came out to do the replacing of our pipes (Manny and Kevin) were positive, pleasant, and not only did excellent work on our pipes, but also re-attached a couple of pieces of fallen duct work that they found when they were in our crawl space. Can't say enough nice words about this team. And the total came in less than the quote--which is always a plus! Highly recommend.

The plumber was friendly and professional, but I was charged $375.00 for an hour's labor, no parts involved. And two days later one of the problems he purported to fix was no longer working. I emailed the company asking for an explanation of the extreme billing and never received a reply. It is good to have the opportunity via online reviews to alert other prospective customers about my experience.
