I called this morning looking for parts to repair a 20 year old, discontinued Kohler toilet and spoke with Mark on the phone. He had the parts waiting for me when I walked into the store. Gave me some tips and I could not be happier with the service! Talked with a friend about MR plumbing afterwards, and found out they used MR Plumbing to replace 2 huge water heaters and the experience was the same as mine. Highly recommended and worth adding to your Contacts list for plumbing parts and service. Thank you!!!

Fabulous service and work! We called for a quote to have our pipes replaced and they came out within hours. It was literally a day or two later and they were doing the work in our home. The two men that came out to do the replacing of our pipes (Manny and Kevin) were positive, pleasant, and not only did excellent work on our pipes, but also re-attached a couple of pieces of fallen duct work that they found when they were in our crawl space. Can't say enough nice words about this team. And the total came in less than the quote--which is always a plus! Highly recommend.

Art arrived on time, performed an assessment and offered solutions explaining the pros and cons. He made repairs, explaining his progress throughout and performed a final assessment to assure all were in working order. He was professional yet friendly, respectful of our home (he put on shoe coverings to protect our white carpet) and even put up with our very curious dog. MR Plumbing is our only choice for all our plumbing needs and Art is one of our favorite plumbers.

Simian was awesome! He took care to cover his shoes even after we said we didn't mind. We had a clog in a bathroom sink and he worked tirelessly to get it. He did not give up on our old and super clogged pipes. He was courteous and professional. We called and they were able to provide same day service without charging extra. We would definitely recommend MR Plumbing and use them again.

9.4.19 - Outstanding service! I called for service and (Jeff) came out within a 1/2 hour to fix my problem. He did not overcharge me and was super nice. Work was done and I was able to pay with my credit card from work. What more can I ask for? Service charge for coming out goes toward your bill. This place is great. They have my business permanently!

I just want to say that I was very satisfied with the work Art did for my basement bathroom. He fixed the toilet and re-piped the sink. He was friendly to me and my wife and thorough with the job at hand. It wasn't a difficult job but the work did require some adjustments because the fixture was old and Art handled it skillfully. I highly recommend MR Plumbing

M&R re-did our bathroom 10 years ago. They did a fantastic job. We recently had an issue with our shower door that had a lifetime warranty. The manufacturer was slow to respond. NOT M&R though. Kevin worked on this like it was yesterday's sale! I cannot recommend them enough. Quality from the start. And there when you need them 10 years later!

I have used MR Plumbing several times now, and their speed and friendly customer service has been there every time. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. They don't seem to advertise it, but I saw on their truck they do AC/furnace maintenance, and now I''m happy with that service as well.
My hot water heater died on a Monday afternoon and they came to repair and ultimately replace it on Tuesday morning.

Mr Plumbing is fantastic! We had an initial plumber from Mr Plumbing come out and give us an estimate. He did a fantastic job and we wanted him to come back. Unfortunately, he wasn't available but Simeon was (sorry for the misspelling). He did a great job! He was fast, explained what he was doing, gave us tips on how to work with the fridge and even made my wife laugh (she was uneasy about having someone work on the plumbing). It was a great experience and I will definitely call Mr Plumbing again. Thanks guys.

At my house, we learned the hard way that it's not a good idea to flush baby wipes, even the "flushable" kind. We had no drains working at our house, and M/R Plumbing was very prompt and spent a half-day working with our problem. For the amount of labor involved, I think the price was very fair.

At my office, I used M/R Plumbing again since I had a good experience with them at home. They were very professional for a very big project. A week after moving in, we had a sewer backup. M/R Plumbing was there within an hour. Although I'll never know if there was something they did or didn't do that may have contributed to the backup, they didn't ask any questions and never sent me a bill. I was definitely at least partially to blame, as there was a backup of things that my office had been flushing. It's great when a company backs up their work and is compassionate toward their customers. Unfortunately it's not very common anymore. I would highly recommend M/R Plumbing for anyone with plumbing needs, from problems at home to new construction. A+++ service!

My Experience with M/R Plumbing was A+. Kevin was very professional, personal, very nice and respectable. Just an all around cool guy. Kevin knew exactly what he was doing and performed his job as well as expected. The cost was very reasonable for a new Water Heater, Kevin removed the old one and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use this Company again without a second thought and will refer this company to those needing a good Plumbing Company. My Husband and I are very happy with our purchase

Once again, Mr. Plumbing did a great job replacing our last metal pipe underneath or kitchen sink. I called Tuesday and Wednesday morning we were on the schedule. The company sent Art, who we had three years earlier to do a big job for us, so I knew we were in good hands. In less than an hour our pipe was replaced and we were able to use our sink once again. It's the only company I will call for our plumbing issues.

Kevin is an amazing plumber!! He fixed 2 major plumbing issues and cleaned up completely in less than 3 hours. Best of all, he explained everything clearly so that I could comprehend it. The equipment he installed was top quality too! I couldn't be more pleased.

Jeff came by on Friday. He was so friendly and professional. He was 100% respectful gave me his card right away to show who he was before he came in which was nice. He was understanding when my "lovely & adorable" dog wouldn't stop howling like he was being murdered the whole time he was there. Jeff told me the price up front, showed me the problem, explained exactly what he expected it would be but that it could be andew thing more once he got into the guts of it all. I felt totally informed and prepared for whatever. He really seemed to know his stuff when it came down to business. I was very confident in his work. The bill was exactly what he quoted me, and it was a fair price. I've used MR Plumber a few times now. Last time they put in a new water heater last winter. Something comes up every January. So I'd say I'm a loyal customer now. Jeff pretty much sealed the deal.

Such great service! Art was super friendly and knowledgeable. He installed my faucet and garbage disposal very well! He mentioned it was more challenging in a farmhouse sink. He was able to do it and I’m completely satisfied. Thanks for great service!

Mr. Jeff Conroy is a true expert. He knows how to work unexpected problems that crop up. He has years of experience and has seen so much in his career. Mr. Conroy is not just good, I have not met anyone that can provide the quality work he does. Truly excellent work. I had reason to call the next day and asked a question and he called me back the same day with the answer. Great service, quality workmanship, affordable price. I recommend Mr. Conroy very highly.

It was refreshing to see a service professional that put the customer first. Without asking, Jeff placed booties over his shoes, which was a huge win for me since we don't where our shoes inside. Jeff was also extremely knowledgeable & personable. Besides fixing my issue, he took the time to educate me with a few suggestions on how to avoid future issues. It was a joy having him in my home. I will definitely use MR Plumbing again and will ask for Jeff!

I had a misunderstanding with this company which was partly my fault cause I'm a hot head. After I calmed down I called them back (surprised they even talked to me) and we discussed my project and they came out and did a excellent job. Simeon was excellent and was clean an thourough throughout my house. The job was done on time, he cleaned up after himself and yes I will recommend and use them again. Kudos for your team. I called MR Plumbing based on my previous experience with them, which was excellent. They responded immediately letting me know when their plumber would come and making sure that I was at home at that time. This company is so under-rated. Mr. Plumbing has been my come to for all my plumbing and remodeling needs. They are truly heaven-sent. They have the best technicians you can ask for.
