Called and talked to Tyler I gave him a video of what I needed done he said he would call me back the next day and e- mail me a quote been 5 days now never called I said I need to have this done on the 26th that is my only window 1 thing I can’t stand from contractors is being blown off I can’t be cried wolf too if you weren’t interested in the job you should have said so in the first place highly unreliable . And when you read this review I don’t want to hear any lame excuses for your incompetence Bla Bla Bla. Another electrician that blew me off. (UPDATE) after reading my review I assume, Kristin from Neutral Zone called she said she was out of the office and sick not buying it , but they came by my house and did a fantastic job nothing short from stellar work their electrician Domenic was awesome and plan on hiring them back in the future for more work, only reason why they didn’t get a 5 star not buying being told I was sick and out of the office , but I can let that go for the quality of work they did.

My husband, Tim, phoned due to what we believed was a blown main breaker. Told someone would be out in a couple hours and Tyler arrived in a half hour.
Assessed the problem, left to get a main breaker. In the meantime, breaker reset from his golden touch. Lol Phoned to tell him what happened. He said all is ok since it reset-no charge. I will definitely keep Neutral Zone Electrical in mind for future use and be sure to drop their name to friends, family and coworkers! Very personable, professional and trustworthy.
